This has not happened to me, but the best thing to do is to admit you lied and ask for the court to be merciful. Also emphasize if you have not had any prior violations. Your sentence depends on what state and city you live in. Generally I think identity theft is very serious, and lying about your name can be considered identity theft in some places.

And I guess you could say that I'm a shy person in recovery lol, meaning that I'm getting more confident and braver. I tend to stray away from new people, and just talk to the people who I already know, just because of shyness. But, I can't seem to get the guts to even chat to my crush on facebook. I've liked this girl for about 2 years now and when we first met we liked each other, but her friend got between us or whatever. But after that we became great friends (which kind of puts me out of the dating range). And we are both kinda religious, we go to the same church. I always enjoy dinner on a first date...the bad thing about a movie is that you can't really talk. So if I were you, i'd go somewhere where you can talk and get to know each other.

3) They are doing things that they can't discuss with their parents. (if you are 23 and ask your mom about sex, you will get a TOTALLY different answer than if you are 12 and ask the same question.
4) they mistake attraction with love.
5) they think sex is the path to being loved
So, coming to people at P%26amp;S could be harmful if someone wants to do harm or is immature, or has some developmental issues. (or heck, is just plain dumb)

Okay this question might be long so bear with me please lol. This is really sweet, and I'm glad you're getting more confident. I think that the Facebook commenting is a great way to start, and it'll give you something to talk about when you have the confidence to speak to her in real life.
However, I will say that the comment should have more of a purpose than 'hi'. If you're in any of her lessons, ask if there's any homework that you've missed.. she'll know you want to talk but it'll be far more subtle and friendly. And far, far less awkward. Good luck :)

I'd be cool with it. I like to get to know people, and it really doesn't matter to me whether it is over the internet, texting, or in person. The only thing that I would not recomend is cyber stalking her or asking her out over anything not in person if you havn't even talked to her in person yet.
i tried doing the same thing...this guy i used to like.. added him on facebook !! he BLOCKd me lool!!. but no girls would like it .Get to know her through msn or facebook. Coz u will be able to talk to her more over the computer and get to know her that way. Eventually u will get closer. believe me it works .. good luk tc x

wow dude good for you! what i do to get the confidence is think positivly maybe lisen to some songs that will encourage you, and if you stutter or get all tense when you talk to her, dont worry cause some chicks find that cute, man one time i talked to the chick i liked i was soo nervous! lol but eventually i did it, and it was hard for me cause im kinda shy lol but the first time is always the hardest, after that, you ll be fine, so good luck man! *gives thumbs up*

Okay here's the details. I just got over my crush of two years so I essentially just wasted those two years of my life so I got no clue how to ask a girl out. I don't want to just go up to some girl and ask them out cause it's against who I am. So honestly just some tips on how to show a girl I'm interested or how to ask them out without just asking them on the spot would be great. I don't want to be one of does people who post a question just to see the response or whatever. I really want to know tho if I'm the only one who comes to Yahoo Answers looking for answers and trying to honestly help people with there questions only to find a shocking amount of teens asking for dating advice and even advice on sex and stuff. I know this is a very ';modern age'; were are living with and I myself am not that old but, really I need to read some 15yr old's question about whether or not he should be having sex with another lil girl who has already had sex? I'm not talking 19, 18, or even 17yr olds here I'm talking as young as 12 asking basically the world dating advise and sex advise and it really upsets me that 1. children are actually like this now a days and 2. ppl actually answer and try to help.
So...am I the only one who feels this way?
