has either happened to you and do you have to do community service or pay a fine?I need advice or knowledge for a teen court date...?
This has not happened to me, but the best thing to do is to admit you lied and ask for the court to be merciful. Also emphasize if you have not had any prior violations. Your sentence depends on what state and city you live in. Generally I think identity theft is very serious, and lying about your name can be considered identity theft in some places.

Dating advice and help for a teen boy?
Prepare for a long question lol. Okay so I have a crush on a girl in my English class. And I guess you could say that I'm a shy person in recovery lol, meaning that I'm getting more confident and braver. I tend to stray away from new people, and just talk to the people who I already know, just because of shyness. But, I can't seem to get the guts to even chat to my crush on facebook. I mean I can't just sit there in English class hoping something will happen, I probably will need to make the first move. How should I start? please help.Dating advice and help for a teen boy?

I've liked this girl for about 2 years now and when we first met we liked each other, but her friend got between us or whatever. But after that we became great friends (which kind of puts me out of the dating range). And we are both kinda religious, we go to the same church. But I was wondering how can i try to work my way into being more than friends. Because every since i've known her i can't stop thinking about her. No matter what even if i date someone else (to try to stop thinking about her) i can't shake it. She says im her best guy friend and that she can talk to me about anything. Man every guy has been there. The real question is this in a nut shell do I want to keep her as a friend or not. If I try and it fails will your relationship with her will have changed totally. The easiest way is just go up to her and ask her out not a your buddy but a a woman. If she says yes then you may find just what you want on the other hand if she says no yours and her relationship will never be the same again. To that point also if you go out for several months and then decide that it just isn't working out again she will never be your buddy again. I will tell you when I was your age I would have taken the chance and asked her out and told her just how I felt. Ten years down the road she will either be your wife or a wonderful memory, but what she won't be is your buddy. If you married her she would always be your very best friend. The choice is up to you to bring it to the table but in the end it will be her choice.

I always enjoy dinner on a first date...the bad thing about a movie is that you can't really talk. So if I were you, i'd go somewhere where you can talk and get to know each other.

For me as a young teen I was reading YM and Seventeen, and as I got a little older I started reading Glamour. I am twenty-seven now, so my selection might be a little outdated. What about you or the people you know?
Which magazines will more conservatively discuss dating and which will more liberally discuss hooking up?

Just type in ';Christian teen dating'; in any search engine and you will find a lot of answers you may be looking for. Good luck.
Also go to amazon.com and type in teen dating. There are several great books available. Find the book that looks interesting to you, then go to ebay and search for that book title. You can get one a lot cheaper there.
